You're 7 Months Old!

Oh sweet baby! You turned 7 months old last week! I really can't believe how fast you are growing up! It makes me a little sad at times but it's so exciting to watch you grow and see all the new things you are doing everyday!!! So this is what you have been up to lately....

~You are now babbling "mama", "dada", "baba" and saying "bye,bye" and waving your hand in the air! It is just too cute. Mimi practices with you every morning waving "bye, bye" to us!!!

~You love to eat your Apples & Strawberries, Apples & Chicken, Pears, and most fruits. You've pretty much tried all the fruits, veggies, meats. You used to love your peas but now we have to mix a little fruit in there for you to eat them! And you are NOT a fan of your cereal in the morning!

~You are drooling like crazy and chewing on everything you can find! It's only a matter of time before you have a tooth appear.

~We put you on your belly and you want to crawl but you start kicking your feet and it looks like you are swimming! So I think you might just skip crawling all together and just stand up and walk one day!

~You are taking big girl baths and have been for about a month! (You started sitting up on your own at about 5 months!) and you are trying to pull yourself up in the bath but it's a little to slippery for you to grip the side of the tub!

~You still don't like to cuddle with me but I'm not giving up hope! :) One day you will. For now you like your space! Except of course for when we walk out of the room! You do want somebody in the same room with you at all times!

~You LOVE your Johnny Jumper! Thanks Auntie Lindsay!! It's so cute to see you jumping and screaming with excitment!

~At 6 months 1 week you weighed 14 lbs 10 ozs and were 25 inches long!!!

You are just getting so big and more beautiful every day! It really does amaze me to watch you growing up and changing right before our eyes! We love you very much doodlebug!
